International orders
Payment via Paypal only.

Local orders (Singapore only)
If you live in Singapore and wish to pay via local bank transfer, please email me at shop[@]lizzaeh.com to arrange for such.

Local delivery (Singapore only)
Items will be mailed out within 1–3 working days of receiving your order (via Singpost). It should take no more than 5–6 working days to reach you. Items are mailed out via non-registered mail. If you require registered mail services, kindly contact me and I will invoice you for the additional cost.

International delivery (Everywhere else)
Items will be mailed out within 1–3 working days of receiving your order (via Singpost). You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by the recipient because I personally will have no idea what they are. Items are shipped without a tracking number. If you require one, kindly contact me and I will invoice you for the additional cost. Estimated arrival dates will vary from country to country, but the post office assures me it will reach your country within 8–15 working days.

Refunds
No refunds unless you've received the wrong item or the item is excessively damaged. Or unless you've received something horribly embarrassing from me than I sent out by accident. Buyer pays for the cost of shipping regarding refunds.
